All but one point during his NHL career came last season. He picked up one assist in 16 games in 2008-09, and went scoreless in seven appearances in 2007-08.
However, Helm has accumulated seven goals and 10 points in 53 playoff games over the last three years, reaching a high of four tallies in 23 games two seasons ago.

The Cowboys have been atrocious against divisional rivals, going 6-14 ATS in their last 20.
The Washington Redskins are longshots to win the division at +550.
